2021-2022 IEC 61850 Interoperability Testing Events
Face-to-Face: July 14-22, 2022
Location: CESI: Milan, Italy
Testing of Tools, PTP over PRP, Client/Server, GOOSE/R-GOOSE, SV/R-SV, and Security
Additionally: IEC 61850 for SCADA (Control Center to Substation)
COVID
Please note that with the intended Face-to-Face being in Europe, the F2F will be governed by the country/EU in which the event is being held. The current requirements (2021-07-16) appear to be that individuals need to be fully vaccinated and, in some cases, provide proof of a negative COVID test. It is not clear if these or other regulations will be in place for the F2F.
If there are travel restrictions to the destination country that prevent the F2F, travel from a company in a source country to destination country, or corporate policy cancellation may be necessary. If cancellation is due to corporate policy, this must be proven in order to receive the credit.
UCAIug will reserve the rights to cancel the F2F based upon travel restrictions to the destination country that prevent the F2F.
The current restrictions are that only 80 people for the IOP can be onsite simultandeously. The current requirements (2021-07-16) appear to be that individuals need to be fully vaccinated and, in some cases, provide proof of a negative COVID test. It is not clear if these or other regulations will be in place for the F2F.
The plan is to schedule particular tests so that more than people can attend for particular tests.
UCAIug will reserve the rights to cancel the F2F based upon travel restrictions to the destination country that prevent the F2F.
